Getting Here

The main island of Tutuila is just 33 km (21 miles) long by 5 km (3 miles) wide. A road runs along the southern shore while a few feeder roads venture into the interior. The capital Pago Pago lies virtually in the middle of the southern shore. The airport is about 6 km (4 miles) from the capital and all sites can be explored in a day by car. Flights connect Pago Pago to the Manu’a island group, situated 110 km (70 miles) east of Tutuila.
