Food can be pretty basic in Imlil (primarily consisting of cafés that provide skewers and tagines), so if you're looking for something more gourmet, you may wish to seek out Kasbah du Toubkal, a 10-minute hike through the town. (There is a reception center on the main street.) The kasbah provides excellent Moroccan dishes to nonguests, in magnificent surroundings. Otherwise, most guesthouses will offer a full, home-cooked meal to nonguests.
