Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Owned by David and Sharon Prudhomme, relatives of the famous Paul Prudhomme of New Orleans, this Cajun-style restaurant began life in a refurbished trailer before growing into its current home, a (reputedly very haunted) former tavern. You can dine on authentic Louisiana fare, such as crawfish étouffée, blackened catfish, gumbo, jambalaya, and fried alligator. The dishes are prepared as hot as you like, or more mild-mannered with reduced spices.
