Just over the border from Rhinebeck, this exquistely restored barn and 236-acre horse farm is a picture-perfect country retreat. It's a labor of love created by host Sherry Kahn, who renovated the property with her late husband Stu. Rooms have been outfitted with Frette linens and beautiful antiques (many picking up on the horse theme). There's a full-service spa, unlimited yoga, delicious organic food, indoor and outdoor riding rings, and hiking trails. The farm also offers Eponaquest experiences in which horses help people get in touch with their emotions and reconnect with nature.
