At the mellow outpost of this brewery founded in 2012 you can sample an adventurous lineup that includes a pilsner, a red ale, several IPAs, and an almost chewy oatmeal porter. The flagship North State IPA's citrus notes are amped up to good effect in the Ruby Red Grapefruit, worth checking out if on tap when you visit.
