Rooms are small but neat and well-appointed, and the no-frills atmosphere is warmed by towels sculpted into the shape of swans that attendants leave “floating” on made beds. Breakfast is humble—toast and cereal for the most part—and the breakfast area is equally uninspired. Both suites and standard rooms are available. The hotel also operates a 12-room hostel with shared bathrooms near the entrance to downtown.
