Bus Travel

Maritime Bus runs buses within the province and to destinations in Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Québec. Routes include the length of the Trans-Canada Highway from Québec to the Nova Scotia border and beyond, branching off to Prince Edward Island just south of Sackville. Another route heads up the Acadian Coast from Shediac to Campbelton, and there's a loop south from Oromocto, near Fredericton, to Saint John and Sussex. Tickets must be reserved. Be aware, though, that some stops are on the edge of town and might be inconvenient for passengers trying to get downtown.
