Educational Offerings

Evening theater programs and guided hikes are among the educational activities the park presents. Check at the visitor centers or online at www.pc.gc.ca/eng/pn-np/ab/banff/edu.aspx.

Xplorer Program. Year-round, the park offers the Xplorer Program for kids age 6 to 11. Pick up an Xplorer Booklet at one of the park's visitor centers. Kids who complete at least six of the booklet's 22 activities receive a souvenir. Banff, Alberta. www.pc.gc.ca/eng/pn-np/ab/banff/edu.aspx. Free.
