Fodor's Expert Review Workshop . . . by Tom

Located right in the heart of the Old Town, this is a genuine olive-wood workshop, where everything is made on the premises by Tom and his son. Salad servers, huge bowls, and various decorative items are among the goods on display next to the machines and tools—and outside in the tiny square. The shop is just off the main street, and you'll have to look carefully to discover it.
