Once you step into the lush and peaceful urban garden of this popular restaurant (with a Michelin star), you'll relax immediately. The casual elegance of the setting is perfectly matched by the creative Greek cuisine on the menu, which changes by the season and is very reasonably priced. High-quality ingredients (including all the fish) are all fresh and sourced from small producers around the country, and all the sauces, delectable desserts, and breads are homemade. Athiri's flavors tantalize the palate, and even a hearty meal happily leaves you satisfied but not over full. There is a play area for the children, and on cold nights, you will find the interior of the old building cozy and warm. On Sunday Athiri is open only for lunch.
