Rustic and basic—though perfectly acceptable—this locally owned two-story hotel has small balconies or patios and views of the never-ending turquoise water off every room. A more recently built block of rooms has more updated furnishings, but there are no kitchenettes, which can be an issue with such limited restaurant choice on the island. Accommodations are spacious and clean, and beds are comfortable, providing a sense of tranquility. With the restaurant and an oceanside pool on-site, it's convenient and all one really needs. While the hotel doesn't come close to the other two resorts in terms of luxury, it boasts one of the most amazing views anywhere on the island of Dolphin Cay and Long Cay just offshore.

- it has the only real restaurant on the island
- walking distance to pretty much anywhere you'd need to visit
CONS
- you need cash for everything but your room
- it's a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach
- not as luxurious as the other two South Caicos hotels
