Fodor's Expert Review Blu Bar & Grill
An expansive vista of aquamarine waters, white roofs, and green palm trees—not to mention the view across the manicured golf course—makes Blu Bar & Grill one of the island's prettiest spots for dinner, especially at sunset. The cuisine, which is loosely American but eclectic, with bold flavors and lots of exotic herbs and spices, encompasses not only steaks and ribs but also fish and tempuras. The wide variety of fresh seafood is your best bet; follow up your fish chowder with lobster, oysters, yellowfin tuna, rockfish, snapper, or wahoo. There's also a selection of nigiri, sashimi, and temaki for the sushi connoisseur, as well as chef's variety combinations if you can't choose just one.
