For Vietnam’s fastest growing city, Danang, the future of the dining scene looks bright; recent years have seen an influx of design-savvy restaurateurs, inspiring bartenders, and top international chefs. Hue’s imperial cuisine is richly diverse. Bun bo (a lemongrass-and-chili-infused beef and pork noodle soup) originated here as did the "kingly table," a sociable, family-style dining experience where tables are loaded and food is shared tapas style.
