Orient Express La Dolce Vita train service

It's coming in 2023, featuring 5-star dining, luxury suites (decorated in 1960s colorful styles). Routes throughout the Italian peninsula and beyond, to Paris and to Split.

TrenItalia and Arsenale joint venture to produce a luxury train experience.

Unsurprisingly, a stay on the Orient Express La Dolce Vita will come with a hefty price tag, with trips averaging out to around €2,000 (around $2,255) per person per night.

Will it still be covid dining in the dining car? Will the cabins be sealed from each other to prevent cross-contamination?

The final piece may be to host some murder-mystery dinners.

I saw the article and loved the descriptions in Agatha Christie books of old luxury trains. Seemed so romantic. Sounds like a bucket list thing I might want to do

However, $2000 gets you a flight to an intra-Europe destination and probably a couple of nights at a nice 5-star hotel and a couple of very nice meals versus $2000 a night on this train, which presumably doesn't include meals.
