Transportation between Granada, Nicaragua and Ometepe, Nicaragua

Hi everyone. Thank you in advance for your recommendations.

I am a 30 year old female traveler, and will be heading to Nicaragua from the 19th of June, and staying until the early morning of the 25th.

Will be flying into Managua, but plan to stay in Granada.

My big question is transportation! What do you suggest? How should I get from Managua to Granada? When I get to Granada how do I get to;

Ometepe Island - Punta Jesus Maria, Museum El Ceibo, Volcan Concepcion, Ojo de Agua, Volcan Maderas, San Ramon Waterfall and Los Ramos? Can I see these places in one day? If not what are the must sees?

How do I get to Big or Little Corn Island? Should I leave a whole day for this location or just an afternoon?

How would I get to Laguna de Apoyo from Granada? How long would you spend here?

And finally should I use a bus or taxi to see the following; Lake Nicaragua Cocibolca, Mi Museo, Alcaldia, Catedral de Granada, Mirador de Catarina, Avenia la Calzada, Isla Zapatera, Islets of Granada, Mombacho Volcano, Galeria Mi Camara Mi Mundo, and Centro Cultural Antiaguo Convento San Francisco? Can I see these sights in 3 or 4 days? Are they pretty much close?

Thank you in advance!

First of all, I think it be helpful for you to look at a map. The two Corn Islands are nowhere in the neighborhood that you could do them as a day trip. With what looks like five days on the ground, don't even consider them.

Five days would be a nice length of time to base yourself in Granada and do day trips to Ometepe, Laguna de Apoyo, Masaya, and a half-day trip to the Mombacho volcano. (I really like that last one.) You probably wouldn't have time to do them all.

Careli Tours is one of several tour operators in Nicaragua. They could arrange transportation only, or a more extensive guided trip on any of those days.

Most of the sights you list in Granada you can see on foot.
