Nicaragua - Hurricane Nate damage??

First, hearts and prays to all effected by Hurricane Nate and all other hurricanes and tragedies.

I've been trying to find information on Hurricane Nate's damage in Nicaragua. Looks like it's mostly on the Caribbean side. The news stations / news web sites have skimpy information for Nicaragua. Our plans are for Granada and the Pacific side in late November / early December. Anyone have information - particularly if you live in Nica or Costa Rica? Or can you point me to a reliable resource?

Thanks so much for any and all useful information.

I live in Costa Rica and we where hot by the Storm, from what I see this was a big storm and there where some bad floods as well as mud slides in our country, Since we are neighbors I think they where also affected by the Storm.

I think is going to be back to normal in the next 2 weeks !!

I agree, all the nearby areas were affected by the hurricanes. My sister has also faced the effect of the storm at her place many nearby houses were also affected windows and doors broken everywhere only those stand still
with the palm beach windows and doors. Before you head for the tour find for proper hotels and the protection from the storm with helpful resources site to ensure your safety at the place. See the weather forecast and make a
checklist of all the important things that are required.
