No Mold - Family Friendly Place to Stay?

Need to not have mold (or pets if possible) and would love it to be family friendly for our 4 & 5 year old. (Best bets will be newer, cement buildings with no carpet.) Also if a passport isn't needed that would rock!

Thanks

Mold is unfortunately a problem in tropical climates when rooms are closed for a time and the air conditioning is off.
As someone who is also sensitive, best wishes for finding a place you'll all love.

Look for places on the dry side of the island. Because of easterly winds, this is usually the east side. Stay away from rain forests.

No passport? What is your home country? If it is USA then Puerto Rico or the USVI are you choices.
